Canvas Products – 2-Year Limited Warranty

CheekyKids provides a two-year limited warranty on canvas products. If a product exhibits defects in manufacturing or materials within the warranty period, CheekyKids, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the item.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials. It does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper storage.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading, fraying, or deterioration due to extended exposure to elements.
  • Condensation, rain, wind, storms, or other environmental conditions.
  • Accidents, improper setup, or failure to follow the product’s care and usage instructions.
  • Damage caused by mold, mildew, insects, animals, or children.
  • Broken poles, bent frames, or structural damage caused by excessive force,
    improper handling, or external impacts.
  • Zipper failures due to jamming, snagging, excessive force, or foreign objects.

Limitations and Liability

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by CheekyKids. The company reserves the right to determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.

If the exact product is unavailable for replacement, CheekyKids may offer a comparable product at its discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Consumer Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund in cases of major failure, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided the failure does not constitute a major failure.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email admin@cheekykids.com.au with the following information:

  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the defect.
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Best contact information.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product for assessment.

CheekyKids is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit. Customers should use a trackable shipping method.

Important Notice:
Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. If the issue is determined to be outside of warranty coverage, the customer may be given the option to pay for repairs or replacement.
